The Planning Department has released a Draft Action Plan to share ideas on how we can improve our development review process. Our goal is to create a modernized process rooted in predictability, consistency, transparency, and timeliness. We appreciate the feedback received so far. As we approach a critical milestone, we are asking people in City Hall to complete this survey to help us understand our progress.

This survey is conducted through research in collaboration with MIT, and only aggregated results will be made public. It aims to identify which parts of the Action Plan have gained internal support within City Hall. We also want to know the perception of how much this will change the work of other departments. The survey will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, and all data collected will be anonymized. For more details, please see the link at the bottom.
